- To set up a sales and marketing plan and budgets with the Finance team for each financial year
- Support the director in the creation and implementation of a sales and marketing plan and budgeting plan
- To implement and manage the plan for each financial year
- To attend weekly management meetings to discuss operational, financial and day to day management issues and to build a strong management infrastructure
- Coordinate with relevant departments on the timely and accurate implementation
- To build strong working relationships with the clients
- Assist the marketing team with any promotional services that may be appropriate for Hospital Development
- It is the responsibility to distribute every hospital services to the target person
- Create, deliver and measure promotional activities
- To supervise the marketing staff in all kinds of marketing functions
- To build a database of clientele and work with the customer relation and branding company to maximize
- To ensure that the database is created, built up and updated
Build up annual marketing & sales strategy and manage all activities of sales & marketing

Job Requirements

- M.B;B.S with Sales & Marketing Diploma.
- 5 years experience in Marketing field and healthcare sector is more preferable.
