A Strong Sales & Marketing Manager for a top Fitness Club in Yangon

-A Sales Manager leads, motivates and manages a team of Membership Consultants and plans and executes sales campaigns to achieve monthly sales targets in line with business objectives.

- Monitoring upon daily , weekly and monthly sales activities,

- Review and evaluate weekly to achieve the target being set for the month.

- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

- Analysing other competitors up to the trend and see where we can improve in our services.

- Planning out monthly marketing calenders quarterly in ahead for sales & marketing activities.

- Working with other departments for the constant feedbacks from the members and improvements.

- Provide leadership, development and guidance to a team of Membership Consultants, conducting regular one on one training and development sessions.

- Compile, analyse and interpret sales and membership data and use relevant findings to continually improve sales performance

- Drive new member integration experience by prescribing relevant club products and services and monitoring new member visits

- Coach and drive Membership Consultants to deliver outstanding customer service to club members and potential members.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of working experience
• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Business English Communication skill
• Must be good at negotiation skills, communication skills and customer relationship
management skills.

- A strong sales experience in necessary.
