Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the Retail Shops
Design and implement a strategic Marketing plan that expands company’s Brand and ensure it’s strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Retail Shops
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with Advertising & Promotion plans
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of rivals and their competition status.

Job Description
- Manage full Operations of a Third Party Logistics, Sales and Marketing of LUBRICANT products
- Manage staff sales, warehouse, marketing, back office, and others

The Role
Ensure the smooth process flow with effective manner, Sales and business development, in charge.
● Mainly responsible for the business growth of Fuel products
● Managing operators, process flow and back office

Job Requirements

• More preferable with MBA & Above 35 years old
• At least 5 years experiences in Sales & Marking position in LUBRICANT Market field
• Leadership and negotiation skills
• Proactive and positive working attitude
• Fluent in English and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Strong Business Knowledge in LUBRICANT products
- Excellent in Sales Planning and Managing Retails
- Excellent handle of B2B, B2C and B2G sales team
- Have good communication managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem solving skill.
- Ability to priorities and work well under pressure.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
