-Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team while making sales call and execute sales for customers.
-Design and implement a strategic sales plan for townships and regions that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
-Provide on-the-ground support of the sales assistants as they generate leads and close new deals
-Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
-Make Marketing Analysis (including identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products/services, and competition status), Planning, Coordination, Execution of the sales and marketing process, Media and Event Arrangement
-Prepare Promotion Budget, Marketing Strategy, Develop and Execute new concepts in business channel
-Create the Brand Image for the company and brand building for the products or services
-Manage and operate staffs in the Department to ensure effective implementation of departmental goals. Assign works and evaluate the performances of employees fairly and transparently
-Manage, develop, coach, train, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
-Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
-Maintain data relative to all customers and ensure customers data are filed in organized way

- Any Bachelor Degree with Sales and Marketing Degree and MBA is more preferable.
- At least 5~8 years working experience in Sales and Marketing business. At least 3 years working as a Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Effectively Bi-Lingual in English.
- Must be computer literate and familiar with email, Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point Presentations
- Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills.
