- Brand Image ကို စားသုံးသူ (ကေလးမိဘ) မ်ား စိတ္ထဲတြင္ အျမဲတစ္ေစအျပဳသေဘာေဆာင္ တန္ဖိုးထားဖို႕ ျပဳလုပ္ရန္။
- သင္ၾကားေရး ႏွင့္ ကိုက္ညီေသာ ေစ်းကြက္/ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈအသစ္မ်ား ရွာေဖြမႈ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
- ေက်ာင္းသား /သူ ေရရွည္တက္ေရာက္ေရးအတြက္ အေရာင္း Program မ်ားေရးဆြဲတင္ျပရန္။

အျပဳသေဘာေဆာင္သည့္ စိတ္ေနစိတ္ထားရွိျပီး ထိုးထြင္သိျမင္စြာျဖင့္ တီထြင္ဖန္တီး ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ျခင္း။
- တစ္စံုတစ္ဦးမွ သိရွိရေသာ အၾကံံဥာဏ္အျမင္အား လက္ခံနားေထာင္ေပးႏိုင္စြမ္းရည္ရွိျခင္း။
- English ဘာသာစကားအား ကြၽမ္းက်င္စြာေျပာဆိုႏိုင္ျခင္း။
- မိမိလက္ေအာက္ရွိ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ လုပ္ငန္းေဆာင္တာမ်ားအား ခြဲေဝတာဝန္ေပးႏိုင္ျခင္း။
- မိမိလက္ေအာက္ရွိ ဆရာဆရာမမ်ား၏ အားသားခ်က္အားနည္းခ်က္မ်ားကို အက်ိဳးရွိစြာ အသုံးခ်ႏိုင္ျခင္း။
