- Update and create sales sheets, logs, and reports in Excel
- Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc.
- Calculate monthly sales numbers and send the report to the sales team
- Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
- Track of product stock on a daily basis and maintain the inventory list
- Preparing, printing and filing/scanning relevant document and forms
- Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
- Creates and presents regular performance reports for managers and executives
- Implements and adheres to company policies and procedures
- Attends trade shows and travels to meet clients as needed
- Answers questions from clients
- Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
- Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
- Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other salespeople through various resources
- Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
- Order marketing and promotion material and accessories
- Coordinate and keep contact via mail, Viber also phone with sales force in the field
- Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines

- Any Bachelor’s Degree holder
- Knowledge in Sales is preferable, Qualification in sales and marketing
- At least 2 years experiences in sales and marketing, independent performer, target orientated, capable of developing new market
- An excellent work habits including a willingness to get the job done within time frame & ability to work under pressure - Able to work under pressure, travel a lot, enthusiasm to learn new things, be polite, patient, eager and willing to accept new challenges, good in negotiation skills, look smart and professional
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written
- Experience with working in a team with different responsibilities and competencies
- Excellent documentation skills and able to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint
