Working under the supervision of BD Manager and SR Manager, Team Leader is responsible for reaching sales target and meeting expectations of customers. In addition to performing as good team player, Team Leaders must be able to coordinate and initiate the quarterly, monthly, and annual sales plans and strategies that will guarantee achievement of targets.

The individual must have a broad set of skills and competencies, including, but not limited to:

Job Requirements

· Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/ Development or any graduate with substantial knowledge in sales and marketing.

· 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably, electrical and electronic products.

· Good knowledge of local electronics, electrical market/ industry

· Well-developed skills in customers support, dealing and services.

· Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

· Good communication level of English

· Good interpersonal skill with team spirit

· Possession of a valid driver’s license would be an advantage.

Duration: 2 years minimum

(Employment contract can be extended based on job performance and organizational requirement.)
Job location is APE Showroom located in 7th Mile and downtown area.
