Job Description

- Meet with customers to provide product presentation and technical advice
- Build customer service relationship and keep the long-term relationship with customers
- Analysis of current market conditions and competitor information
- Implement and revise sales strategies by supervising and motivating the sales team.
- Assign territories and leads, set attainable objectives by forecasting quotas, and help sales team to improve their performance.
- Manage and coordinate all marketing and promotional activities
- Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers
- Analysis of current market conditions, competitor information and stay up-to-date on current market trends
- Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring sales target and forecasting to better understand the market
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products
- Monitor, Review and Report on all sales & marketing activities and results
- Develop and implement sales and marketing plans

Job Requirements

- Any Graduate (prefer Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Business or related field)
- Good leadership skills, Professional Working Attitude and Motivation
- Can work under pressure and knowledge of current marketing trends
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Fluent in English 4 skills and Computer Literate
