We are looking for competitive and trustworthy Sales and Reservation Executive (Travel and Tours) to help us build up our business activities.
You will be responsible for customer satisfaction and discovering and pursuing new business prospects.

Responsibilities
• Assist customers in planning their trips and make reservations
• Prepare invoice and send to customers
• Use Lodggy and other reservation systems to issue hotel reservations and tickets
• Maximize sales and revenues by booking and ticketing and other travel related products and services
• Actively seek out new hotel partners through calling, networking and social media
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results
• Create or maintain relationships with new, existing and potential clients
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 2-year minimum working experience as a sales and reservation executive in Travels and Tours Company
• Any Graduate
• Proficiency in typing Myanmar (Unicode/Zawgyi) is a must
• Experience in e-commerce/ Online Travel Agent preferred
• Young, energetic and work efficiently and enthusiastically
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Proficiency in written and spoken English preferred
