Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

- Manage to team members of assigned team
- Push and monitor to hit monthly target/ review each sales performances
- Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies and plans (e.g. plan sales routes, new customer generation, etc.)
- To achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories
- Drive sales activities for respective sales team daily
- Assign geographical sales territories and establish budgets.
- Monitor the team's key performance indicator achievements.
- Conduct regular reviews to provide feedback on performance gaps and requirements for improvement
- Market analysis in competitor's pricing (- Manage continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc. Analyze collection trends and suggest solutions for prompt payments)
- To increase sales revenues (Propose areas for customer base expansion based on market knowledge)
- Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives
- Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objects

Job Requirements

- Graduated or Post Graduated
- Minimum 5 years experience in management field
- Train to team members as needed
- Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good communication, analytical skills, and initiating skills
- Proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
