PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIESReporting to Sales Manager, the Associate will be a part of newly created sales team – Direct Sales Team. He/She will be the key sales support to the branch network in the assigned territory. He/She will coordinate with branch personnel to actively sell Yoma Bank’s products to clients and prospects.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:• Sells Yoma Bank products and services to clients and prospects, identifying and successfully capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities and making appropriate referrals• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments• Able to analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule• Actively ensures compliance with Yoma Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures
