PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to Sales Manager, the Associate will be a part of newly created sales team – Direct Sales Team. He/She will be the key sales support to the branch network in the assigned territory. He/She will coordinate with branch personnel to actively sell Yoma Bank’s products to clients and prospects.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Sells Yoma Bank products and services to clients and prospects, identifying and successfully capitalizing on cross-sell opportunities and making appropriate referrals
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Able to analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Actively ensures compliance with Yoma Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, information security and suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Knowledge & Skills
Essential
• Deep understanding of Yoma Bank’s product suites
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Good selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Work well in the team environment
• Should be an independent thinker and self-starter with strong sales skills

Education & Special Training
Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree

Experience
Essential
• 2-5 yrs sales/customer relationship experience; Familiar with Yoma Bank Branch network

Languages
Essential
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in both Myanmar and English languages.
