Job Description
• Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
Set individual sales targets with sales team
• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
• Monitor the achievement of sales objectives by the sales team
• Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
• Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
• Play a key role in introducing our product to potential clients all over Myanmar
• Increase the number of customer and manage the accounts
• Maintain good relationship with customer partner
• Develop sales materials (incl. presentations, contracts, invoices, exhibition materials)
• Support Sales & Business Development Manager on sales channel decisions, marketing and customer feedback
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values

Job Requirements

Job Requirement

• A Diploma or Degree in Sales and marketing from an accredited business school or institute.
• 4 – 5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in media and advertising industry with 2 years sales and people management experience with a good performance record
• Understanding of Myanmar media trends.
• Being skilled at problem analysis skill and Immediately problem solving.
• Proven ability to make decisions quickly and confidently and work effectively under pressure.
• Able to adapt and work effectively in a variety of situations, individuals or groups.
• Good Computer literacy Knowledge ((MS word, excel, power point, E-mail).
• Good presentation scale and impressive personality.
• Must be able to speak conversational English.
