Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Planning & Implementation
- Work closely with DKSH sales team to drive sales target as well as identify key business issues/opportunity in assigned channel.
- Ensure sales fundamental are applied ;
• Basic call procedure (BCP)
• Salesforce effectiveness
• Visit store, Must Sales , Strike rate
• Monthly KPI

-Effectively execute the monthly promotional calendar and trade activities in the assigned channel through DKSH sales team by collaborating with BDF-SCM team.
- Proactively provide recommendation, guidance through internal BDF team as well as BDF-DKSH sales for effective trade partner management.
- Mentor and deliver In-field coaching for BDF sales team as well as the exclusive BDF-DKSH sales team.
- Effective roll-out of product launches and in-market activities.
- Drive through DKSH sales to develop territory best practices and actively sharing them with all sales team members.

Trade Visits
Regularly trade visits with sales force in each trade channel.

Communication
-Be the first contact point with the assigned channel and a consultant to the trade.
- Conduct monthly business reviews with internal BDF and DKSH team to align executional objectives, identify opportunities and take corrective actions if necessary.
- Identify and train where necessary, distributor sales force personnel.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree
- Minimum experiences 3 years in field sales management with background FMCG / Consumer or retailer is preferred.
- Able to traveling in Myanmar
- Passion, Positive thinking
- Fair of English skill both speaking and writing
- Frequency of travel in 70%
