Sales Coordinator and Logistics Executive

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification.
• Experience in import / export / trading of frozen seafood, meat or other food products and import / export / trading documentation is a strong advantage.
• Good command of spoken & written English
• Strong computer skills.
• Able to communicate in Spanish and Portuguese is strong advantage.
• Excellent service skills and mindset.
• Self-motivated, strong attention to detail and highly organized.
• Able to work independently and under pressure, able to take initiative.

Job Requirements

Job description:
o Handling export / import documents (Invoice, Packing List and related documents).
o L/C opening & negotiation with foreign banks
o Coordinating with overseas offices, overseas banks, etc.
o Handling logistic issues with shipping line, Customer and Supplier for import/export process with all local and foreign customer privileges.
o Act as main point of customer contact and supplier contact
o Tracking shipments and provide shipment information to customers
o Contact with suppliers to follow up the delivery schedule to meet customer requirements
o Coordinate with sales team and other related departments and suppliers to make sure that all shipments are delivered as per customer’s schedule.
o Check that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations of exporting and importing country.
o Data Entry to our order management system
o Any other duties as assigned
