Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

- Coordinating with Sales team by filing quotation, invoice and relevant documents and communicating relevant information.
- Coordinating with other relevant field - Warehouse,Delivery etc. - to support Salesman.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after- sales support.
- Handling the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Report on data about monthly summary sales report
- Able to explain about products and can learn quickly for products.
- Contact customers, if required.
- Other job related field.

Job Requirements

- High School or Any graduate or (Certificate or Diploma in related field )
- Age: 20 -35 years old
- Must have 6 month or 2 years experiences in Sales Field.
- More preferable experience in stationary or other fields.
- Prefer to be able to negotiate with customers and companies.
- Good communication skill and able to communicate in English .
- Prefer to have abroad experience for 6 months at least
- Good computer skills in MS Office and able to use email.
- Strong problem solving and analytical abilities at a strategic and functional level
- Strategic Thinking, Strong Analytical Skills
