- Plan, develop, provide training and sales development programs,
using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training,
demonstrations and on-the-job training

- To improve field force effectiveness by coaching and counseling

- Motivate the sales team for better result & recognize the performance

- To manage the relative sales team in order to achieve the most effective and effective way

- Set KPI and follow up plan for tacking action for individual team members

- To take full responsibility of productivity of each team members and keep customer profile for further action

- Analyses the current situation of assigned area

Job Requirements

- Any graduate, Dip in Business Management (or) Dip in Sales & Marketing Management

- At least (5) years experiences in FMCG field at Regional Manager Level

- Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal

- Good presentation skill, coaching skill & analytic skill

- Good communication & negotiation Skills

- Frequent Traveling is required to all stockist location & On job training concern with Market check ,
activation and implementation
