Job Summary:

*** Develop sales and marketing plans and strategies to target market.
*** Oversee for the daily operation of the project sales team department
*** To pursue targeted goals and objectives
*** Liaise and work with internal team and external appointed agentes to ensure high sales conversion of the property.
*** Ensure that the sales & marketing team abide and follows the regulation of Government and company’s procedure when handling prospect buyers and conducting the property sales transaction.
*** Gathering information of potential projects
*** Feasibility study of each potential projects and making profitable agency aggreetment with developers
*** Responsible for generating new business revenue within a geographically defined territory in accordance with the revenue targets set by the Company
*** Possess own sales capabilities and effective management, coaching and leading of a sales team will ensure meeting or exceeding the revenue targets
*** Develop the sales strategy and manage pipelines and forecasts

Job Requirements

Requirements:

*** With at least 10 years of experience in Sales and Team management capacity in a Real Estate Sales Industry
*** Proven Sales leadership with a direct project sales teams in Real Estate Industry
*** Experience in budget management and interpretation of reports and analysis


Responsibilities:
*** Formulate and execute successful sales strategies and plans
*** Actively participates in the sales process and personally contributes to the results
*** Analyze market information and competitive intelligence, understanding client expectations to perform strategic positioning
*** Recruit, train, develop and appraise the sales team leader and business development teams and inspire the teams to exceed targets
*** Exceed department team sales goals, monthly, quarterly, annually, through account development and maintenance
*** Guide and monitor weekly sales activity of Sales & Business Development Managers, and ensure the teams is maximizing use of resources to penetrate new accounts and secure fair market shares of existing accounts
*** Participate in the sales meetings by sharing latest market trends and new business development opportunities and activities
*** Directs all sales activities for Sales & Business Development Managers to ensure they meet the goals of the revenue plan
*** Oversee all Sales Operations and ensure they are in accordance with clients requirements, presented in a professional manner ensuring that the clients’ needs are met
Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and be driven and self-motivated to achieve ambitious targets
