As a Sales Manager (SM) you and your team generate revenue by creating excitement over goal attainment, enrolling members, and being in relationship with potential, new and existing members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards and leading by example for delivering an inviting, friendly and supportive experience our members and guests
- Ensure that team members consistently execute the basics in punctuality, dress code friendliness and cleanliness
- Strong knowledge upon sales strategy and sales report
- Responsible for the successful attainment of department targets
- Lead and develop the Sales Advisor team and/or Assistant Sales Manager to increase club revenue with an emphasis on new club memberships and personal training
- Have to manage the team size of 10 sales member
- provide a consistent 24 Hour Fitness experience for potential members & guests, and manages authorized sales and marketing promotion campaigns

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

- Prior management experience in service sales industry leading 4-10 employees preferred
- 1-2 years of experience as a TOP sales producer and over 5 years as over all sales management
- Experience in fitness membership sales preferred
- Proven Successful leadership skills
- Coaching/Motivation ability
