• According to the company's distributor management strategies, to facilitate, develop and implement accordingly • The yearly distributor trading terms, the contract, the new distributor opening process, on-boarding process and performance evaluation for the first 3 months • The policy of the distributor routine management, including but not limited the requirement of distributor’s capital, warehouse, logistic, sales team, etc. • The closing policy for those distributors who do not meet our needs after their remediation actions. • The distributor’s evaluation, audit, action plan and follow-ups for their management of the infrastructure, service to outlets, KPI achievement• Working with other Departments, (e.g. IT, Supply Chain, etc.) to facilitate Distributor daily project related data and KPI management • To enhance Distributor development programs across EAC, e.g. the best practice sharing, the distributor of the year, etc. • To maintain communication with division and regional sales teams and management. • Other tasks assigned by the management
• Bachelor degree in Business, Commercial, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics is preferred.• Minimum of 4 year’s experiences in sales analyst or marketing analyst experience in FMCG, beverage or food industry preferred• Fluent in using Excel for data process and analysis, mastery of the function of pivot table, graph, formulation and other function• Lead change management and continuous process improvement efforts for team with a strong focus on best practices• Provide leadership, training development and mentorship for supervisors and other Sales team members• Ensure company policies are well-communicated, understood by the team members• Able to develop a culture of ownership and participation• Ability to work under pressure manage to multi task in a specific deadline• Fluent in English
