Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Build good business relationship with clients
• Spend more time in the field to generate new clients for the projects.
• Technical checking of proposal together with Sales Support Department prior to submission
• Nourish submitted proposal up to closing stage.
• Prepares and coordinates with customer in visiting office and job site.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all internal departments to ensure resources are used to achieve customer satisfaction and corporate objectives.
• Provides after-sales technical assistance and product education
• Make technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs;
• Other sales related activities as required by Management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Mechanical or Technical Graduate)
• Minimum 1-2 years in Sales with thorough knowledge of sales techniques related to construction Industry
• Fresh Graduates are acceptable if enthusiastic to learn, dynamic and Pro-active personality.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Myanmar.
• Microsoft Word and Excel
• Self-motivated with Good Customer Service and interpersonal skills.
