To execute approved action plans and strategies towards achieving monthly sales target.
To manage key accounts by considering sales visites and hotel presenting room facilities and promotions.
To perform competitive sales analysis and develop sales proposal.
To generate new sales leads and maitains the relationship with present clients and customers through sales calls and regular site inspection.
To utilise various forms of communication such as email, phone or online social media to develop relationship with clients, and travel agents.
To handle booking inquiry and guest related complaints.

Job Requirements

At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales support or administration within the Hotel industry
Candidate must possess a Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or any equivalent professional qualification
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Competent problem solving skills
Effective communication skills and detail-oriented
Experience with Salesforce system will be advantageous.
