SUMMARY STATEMENT:

Under supervision from the New Horizons-Myanmar team, you will be responsible for selling our award-winning training solutions to businesses within your assigned territory. We are looking for sales-driven, ambitious, professionals who are passionate about technology and the value of training.

Major Responsibility/Duties:
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Achieve daily metrics, including virtual client appointments and phone calls.
• Desktop applications such as MS Office, internet browsers and company-specific applications

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications:

Education:
• Bachelor Degree, Diploma or equivalent, with a concentration in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
• Computer skills – MS Office applications (IT knowledge is a plus)
Experience:
• Related experience of 2 years & above.
• Good knowledge, skill and experience in sales, marketing and business development
• Mindset and ability to provide excellent customer service
• Possess strong interpersonal and excellent public relation skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English preferred
• Ability to work and cope with challenges.
