Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

Sales and Marketing
• Develop Sales activities and volume performance, Sales pipeline growth by identifying target Customers
• Collect Market information, do market research and active exploring of new sales opportunities
• Propose new ideas and concepts to support growth
• Weekly Customer Sales calls and active promotion of MEBS Global’s service portfolio
• Sales consultancy and advise on suitable solutions for Customers with a problem-solving attitude
• Establishing new Customer relationships and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers
• Active Follow-up on potential opportunities, quick response time and high understanding to meet Customer expectations on all inquiries
• Pricing and RFQ handling by collecting rates/information and providing quotations to Customers
• Accurate calculations on revenue and costs for service proposals
• Monitor, Review and Report all marketing activities and results on a weekly base
Operation Arrangement
• Rate inquiries to vendors and dealing with shipping and forwarder lines for bookings and rates
• Handling of free hand shipments and cooperating with overseas agents and MEBS offices
• Follow up on shipment handling together with the operational team (schedules and customer updates)
• Cooperating with local partners and agents
• Smooth and timely settlement of charges in cooperation with Finance department
• Coordinate with Finance for Customer invoicing and accuracy in invoicing
• Coordinate internally with business units to arrange shipments and support with operational information from clients
• Main contact point between Customer and operations team for implementation of new clients and shipment handling

Job Requirements

• Must be a graduated
• Must have at least 3 years experiences in Sales and Marketing, preferably within the logistics field
• Must have knowledge of the the local market and previous proven track record of sales
• Possess high Commercial acumen
• Actively seeking support from internal business units to achieve growth
• Operational experience is a plus
• Must be in good health.
• Extensive Experience in Customer service and possess problem solving attitude
• Must be proficient in English Language
• Must be flexible and have an empathetic attitude and team spirit.
• Have strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work well and punctually under pressure and be very self-motivated and goal oriented
• Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and Email programs

Bonus 1 month Salary (after 1 year and above) and half month salary (after 6 months above)
