A Great Opportunity for ...

We’re looking for confident and driven Real Estate Sales Executives, preferably with real estate experience, to join our growing team. The individual will be responsible for selling and leasing the properties, ensuring maximum profitability, and managing the full sales process from initial contact with a customer, through to closing the sale.

Salary: 300000 - 500000 Kyats + Commission

Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
• Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with customers and developers to generate sales.
• Demonstrates the Company’s property portfolio and assists customers in selecting the right property to suit their needs.
• Expedites the resolution of any customer problems and complaints and provides after sales support
• Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, including market intelligence, competitor information, current trends, and market conditions.

Working Hours
6 days/week (9am-5:30pm)
1 day off during weekday
double pay on Public Holidays

• Age above 23
• Real Estate sales background is A MUST!
• Fluent in English speaking
• Strong inter-personal, organizational and presentation skills
• Strong knowledge of marketing & sales
• Must be well groomed and in proper uniform attire.
