Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Present product via presentation and ensure customer understands the service offered, paper work and procedures
- Collect complete forms and documents and make sure all sales related documents are passed to related department on time
- Prepare contract, delivery schedule and complete sales in timely manner
- Smoothen business transaction, follow up payment and delivery arrangement according to company and customer requirements
- Negotiate, close deals and handle complaints
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers and understand their needs as well as maintaining strong relationship with dealer
- Work closely with finance and operation team
- Build sales pipeline to ensure constant stream of sales
- Progress towards targets and KPIs set by department head
- Maintain up to date customer database
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences

Job Requirements

Skills and Requirements
- Any graduate preferably in relevant field
- 2 years of work experience with minimum 1 year experience in automotive or banking industry as sales executive
- Proficient in MS office and ERP software
- Positive and can-do attitude
- Comfortable with new business generation through cold calling
- Good Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate in English
- Must be able to travel
- Must have driving license
