Job Description

• Present product via presentation and ensure customer understands the service offered, paper work and procedures

• Collect complete forms and documents and make sure all sales related documents are passed to related department on time

• Prepare contract, delivery schedule and complete sales in timely manner

• Smoothen business transaction, follow up payment and delivery arrangement according to company and customer requirements

• Negotiate, close deals and handle complaints

• Build long-lasting relationships with customers and understand their needs as well as maintaining strong relationship with dealer

• Work closely with finance and operation team

• Build sales pipeline to ensure constant stream of sales

• Progress towards targets and KPls set by department head

• Maintain up to date customer database

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities

• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions and conferences Requirements

Job Requirements

• Any graduate preferably in a relevant field
• 2 years of work experience with minimum 1-year experience in the automotive or leasing industry as a sales executive
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
• Positive and can-do attitude
• Comfortable with new business generation through cold calling
• Good Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate in English
• Must be able to travel
• Must have the driving license
