Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Greeting, welcoming and assisting guests
- Answering the incoming call and forward accordingly
- Receiving internal and external messages and distribute accordingly
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationaries (pen, paper, pencils, etc)
- Order office supply and keep inventory
- Perform and other receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, distributing mail etc.
- Update calendar and keep track of the guest visiting schedule
- Manage overall cleanliness and maintenance of the whole premises

Job Requirements

- University degree in any discipline
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of related working experiences and preferable from the hotel industry
(F & B Background)
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and local language
