၁။ Private Sales ၊ GOVERMENT SALES မ်ားႏွင့္ ODA Project မ်ားအတြက္ Marketing ဆင္းျခင္း၊ Sales ရေအာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
၂။ ျမန္မာျပည္တြင္းရွိ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံသားပိုင္ Project မ်ားႏွင့္ ႏိုင္ငံျခားသားပိုင္ Project မ်ားအားတာဝန္ယူေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း။
၃။ Company ၏ Sales Target ျပည့္မွီေစရန္ Business Plan ေရးဆြဲျခင္း၊ Strategy ေရးဆြဲျခင္း။
၄။ မိမိလက္ေအာက္ရွိ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားအား Team Work တည္ေဆာက္ၿပီး တိက်ေသာ Instruction မ်ားေပးရန္။
၅။ Company Management အဖြဲ႔အားေဆာင္ရြက္ထားရွိမႈ အေျခအေန၊အျဖစ္အပ်က္အလံုးစံုကို အခ်ိန္ႏွင့္တစ္ေျပးညီတင္ျပျခင္း။
