- Sales Planning

- Planning Distributor & Sales channel.

- Operate and supervise the process to roll-out distributor channel

- Report and Present to Sales Director to make plan business monthly/quarterly/Yearly and assign target and KPI for Team

- Operate and supervise Sales Team to deploy business plan for ensuring complement Target for Distributor channel

- Responsible for meeting and excellent exceeding targets for sales of telecom products.-

- Leading generation; calling prospects and fixing an appointment visiting customer's place.

- Understanding the requirements of the customers and suggesting a product or service convincing the customer on buying the product.

- Responsible for overseeing the working of the accounts department and helping in troubleshooting or problem solving whenever required.

- Coordinating with other departments and attending meetings or training sessions on both product knowledge and sales.

- Timely report to Director

Job Requirements

- Any Graduated

- At least 2 years in Sale management or Distribution management field of telecommunication or FMCG filed.

- Have knowledge of distribution channels in the telecommunications sector, knowledge about the planning and execution of business operations

- Good Command of Written and Verbal in English-Making plan, supervising plan

- Able to inspect, evaluate plans, works & personnel capability-Skills of summarization, database analysis, trend analysis, report-Good at expression, communication-Good at office computing (Word,
Excel, PowerPoint)

- Adapt quickly to changes in business conditions
