- For sales force and distribution operations management of quality baby products
- Develop and implement effective sales and distribution strategies
- Lead, train and supervise team members to achieve sales targets
- Finding new leads, negotiate and close agreements with key wholesalers and regional distributors
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
- Perform market research and new market opportunities

Job Requirements

- Must have knowledge and experience in FMCG distribution (Preferably in baby products). Applicants from unrelated fields will not be considered.
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience (Preferably in baby products)
- Minimum of bachelor degree holder
- Active, Smart and willingness to work in field operations together with the team
- Proficient in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet and Email
