*- Liaising closely with the sales and revenue team to make sure business is coming in at the right place - Responsible for Marketing and Sales and works through Marketing Manager and Sales Manager to achieve top line market share and achieve revenue and team objective*- Prepare Business Plan on business design, structure, process and operating plan and financial model*- Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share - Conduct regular meeting with sales team to discuss target status, service training and sales strategy - Strategic and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy
*- MBA or equivalent experience *- At least (5) years experienced in Sales & Marketing field.*- Understanding of market research design and implementation and ability to uncover key customer insights*- Advanced written and oral communications skill - Demonstrated ability to achieve goals within set time frames and within budget*- Experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating simultaneous complex and interconnected marketing campaigns - Normal Working Hours (Mon ~ Fri) (08:00 AM to 05:00 PM)- Benefits are provided according to policy and procedure of BLUE OCEAN OPERATING MANAGEMENT CO., LTD.
