  • Sales and Marketing plan with Area management basis
  • Determine schedules and assign area based duties and responsibilities for each Sales Consultant
  • Maintain and manage a daily CRM data
  • Supervise, manage and provide support to Sales Consultants
  • Review work performances.
  • Customer / Supplier Relationship
  • Follow up prospected customers according to CRM Data
  • Maintain existing customers 
  • Complaints Feedback to Supplier for future developments

  • Budget planning
  • Coordination with internal departments for budget, procurement, Aftersales/ Spare parts sales and HR related processes
  • Maintain the Profitability, Company and Brand image and customer satisfaction while controlling expenses

  • Balchelor of degree
  • Experience with the heavy Machine field at least 10Years

  • Excellent Customer Relationship Skills
