Job Description

1. Develop sales action plans and implement marketing strategies by analyzing trends and results.
2. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with the team and understanding their needs.
3. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
4. Monitor sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
5. Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
6. Monitor sales progress and sales results by counseling and disciplining sales team; planning, monitoring, and appraising their performance.

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Engineering or at least 5 years of experiences in engineering related field
2. Experiences in Building materials or Elevators/Escalators will be preferred.
3. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
5. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
6. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
