The Store Manager will be a role model and effectively lead a team of different level of retail staff comprising the Sales Associate to Senior Sales Supervisor to ensure company goals and objectives are met.

 Helping create and maintain a store culture focused on the customer
 Enhancing the buying experience and building relationships that lead to long-term business growth
 Demonstrating detailed knowledge of all products and service
 Monitoring and positively affecting profitability in the areas of customer service, sales, inventory/ expense control, virtual merchandise and risk management
 Assisting Store Manager with hiring associates that support our customer-focused culture
 Helping train, develop and coach associates on selling skills and behaviours and operational procedures
 Implementing all visual merchandising standards and operational direction
 Ensuring that standards are being followed including floor sets, cleanliness, marketing and sales promotion.
 Helping create merchandise presentations and displays that have impact, are customer focused and maximize sales
 Understanding the fabrication differences
 Styling the customer
 Achieve the Sales Force Target and virtual merchandise with the teams.
 Ad-hoc duties are assigned when required.

Job Requirements

 Any Graduate or Sales and Marketing Diploma
 3 – 4 years of Luxury Tailored clothing, Retail Sales and Merchandising experience
 Well-groomed and neat looking
 Experience as a Stylist and product and in-store product Merchandiser
 Experience with High-End Brands including
 Superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/complaint resolution
 Comprehensive knowledge of sales techniques and best business practices.
 Prior relevant work experience in Luxury/ Fashion related industries will be an advantage
 Fluency in English will be an advantage to liaise with customer
