• - Coordinate with Marketing department to gather customers, competitors and related industries data.
• - Analysis sales win-loss.
• - Develop sales skill to sales team member.
• - Support sales team member to close sales.
• - Develops customers by maintaining relationship with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects at community activities; greeting drop-ins;
responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
• - Qualifies customers by understanding customer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building relationship.
• - Demonstrates products by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; explaining warranties and services.
• - Support sales team member to close sales.
• - Provides sales management information by completing reports.
• - Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Requirements

- At least 5 yrs experience in heavy machinery sales
- Must have driving licence

• - Required to maintain the profitability of their departments while controlling expenses and maintaining customer satisfaction
