• Effectively promote the hotel position and the brand in every action taken.

• Implement and monitor sales systems and workflow as set by the Cluster Director of Sales and MARCOM.

• Monitor and ensure the effectiveness of sales team through sales call activity, conversion rates and revenue produced.

• Monitor market and competitor activity to ensure the effectiveness of sales activities.

• Ensure databases and records are kept up to date and information is easily accessed by anyone in the hotel.

• Ensure all written communication that goes to a client is correct and worked well.

• Communicate to all departments any client needs as relates to that department.

• Keep abreast of market and competitor trends and ensure sales plans are monitored and updated based on these.

• Assist with ideas for hotel marketing and promotion.

• Increase business from own account base year on year (or replace lost business) and research and target new markets relevant to the hotel’s needs.

• Achieve set revenue targets.

• Cross-sell all Hilton Nay Pyi Taw products as well as all Hilton Hotel products to the client base.

• Assist Sales team in securing and account handling clients.

• Assist operations with best practices ideas to ensure customer retention

• Profile each existing account to ensure Hilton is receiving as much business as is possible.

• Actively seek new business opportunities from client base and take leads from existing clients ensuring they are thoroughly researched and followed up by sales executives.

• Negotiate annual rates with client base.

• Ensure all relevant client information is given to Finance as requested for the purposes of credit applications.
