Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Increases the country's revenue by new clients’ acquisitions, existing clients up sell / cross sell and identifying new opportunities in the country.

• Represents the company at various events in the assigned country.

• Manages end-to-end client relationships - pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting, creating a culture of consistent sales’ process
improvement.

• Submits regular sales’ and market’s update reports to the Country Head and the Group Sales Manager to whom he/she is reporting.

• Works closely with the Country Head and the Group Sales Manager and strategises on how to ensure continual efforts to crack the market.

• Sets up a sales’ plan to achieve the sales’ target.

• Conducts sales’ meetings with local clients/potential clients and optimizes inbound opportunities.

• Builds and promotes strong, long-lasting client’s relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

• Leads, supports, motivates and trains the his/her team members to achieve individual and team targets.

• Generates new channels to enhance sales results.

• Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner.

Job Requirements

• 5-8 years’ experience in similar field.

• Articulate, organized, detail-oriented and can multi-task.

• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible work hours.

• Strong sense of initiative and comfortable managing and working along with diverse teams and multiple stakeholders.

• In-depth understanding of the sales ecosystem.

• Fluent in English.

• Computer literature.
