Functional Responsibilities

Functional Area
- The Sales Manager is responsible for the ability to establish, qualify and drive leads through the Sales pipelines.
- The Sales Manager is managing the sales team consolidate reports of visits using CRM software
- The Sales Manager analyses the market and proved recommendations
- Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales and activity reports submitted by Sales Executives
- Under the Power Division Manager, the Sales Manager works closely with the After Sales
- Manager to propose customers service contracts, maintenance and training on genetic

Technical Responsibly: (key technical responsibilities of the role)
- Global knowledge of Power Generator technology, use and maintenance. Knowledge of RMA/ATC gensets brands specificity
- General Knowledge of other equipment: UPS, Stabilizer, Lighting Tower & KARCHER Cleaning Equipment
- Computer literate, familiar with office suite and CRM software is a plus

Financial responsibilities: (key financial responsibilities under the administration of the role)
- Responsible to control the contribution margin as per the Power Division manager objectives
- Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
- Responsible to establish, control and follow the yearly budget

HR Responsibilities: (key staffing responsibilities of the role: approximate headcount and nature of the roles for direct line management reports, overall management reports, roles that functionally report to this post as well as responsibility for consultants, contractors, etc)
- Recruit, tests and hires Sales Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management (Director)

Travel Rudiments : (key travel requirements)
- Frequents visits the customers throughout the countries
- Frequent visit to the sales executive teams working in the branches through the country
- Possibilities to attend seminars in other countries

Job Requirements

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
 Ideally educated to degree level

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:
• Hands-on people management experience and skills – ideally gained in a customer facing operations environment. At least 7 years Sales Management experience and 10 years work experience.

• Exceptional organization and administration skills including knowledge and ability at improving work processes, systems, customer service standards and performance controls.

• Resilient, practical problem-solving approach. Able to get things done and overcome obstacles.

• Good customer service orientation & presentation – experience of handling customer issues.

• Myanmar National with fluent English

• Sales or Marketing degree qualification with Mechanical/ Construction or Agricultural operational experience or a Mechanical/Agricultural or Construction degree qualification with sales experience.

• Age between 30 – 45 year

• Current car drivers License and can drive manual.
