Job Description

* Clearly set and monitor sales targets for the team and each individual. These should be specific, realistic
and challenging and include volume, proceeds days sales outstanding and controllable costs. The sales manager should be actively involved in Sales & Operation process & accountable for the results of the team.
* Manage the effectiveness of the team– “Quantity, Quality and Direction”
* Coach, train, develop and motivate the team to deliver the results
* Ensure the team adheres to company policies and procedures such as HSSE and business ethics and operates within the agreed manual of authority
* Contribute to , own and implement sales strategies
* Know the teams largest accounts and prospects
* Communicate with the team/ individual through weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half, yearly meetings and reviews
* Recognize and celebrate success and manage poor performance
* Recruit new employees to the team
* Encourage teamwork within and outside the team, and recognize the achievements of others towards the success of the team

Job Requirements

Business degree or related professional qualification
* At least 3-5 years of related experience in Lubricants fields
* Must have Driving License
* Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is required.
* Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
* Professional with extremely strong interpersonal,
* Written and verbal communication skills including the ability to effectively interact with both internal and external customers.
* Experience in all aspects of planning and implementing sales strategy
* Technical sales skills
* Proven experience in customer relationship management
* Knowledge of market research
* Experience in managing and directing a sales team
