- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products or services
- Develop sales & marketing strategies and sales planning
- Develop new customers of Freight Forwarding , Project Cargo logistics and Contract logistics
- Monitoring sales team's performance and motivating them to reach targets and analyzing sales figures
- Key account management
- Maximizing company profits
- Prepare quotations to customers, follow up and coordinate with customers
- Ensure our service commitments fulfilled & meet customers' requirements
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products, services and competitors
- Forecasting future company sale
- Handle duties as company assigned

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5-8 Years of working experiences in Freight Forwarding , Project Cargo Handling ,Supply Chain Management as Sales and minimum 3 years of Sales management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is a must and prefer diploma / certificate in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Need to be good in spoken and written skills for both Burmese and English skills or Burmese and Chinese skills
- Good at Microsoft Office( Word, Excel, Power point)
- Good Presentation skills, Analyzing ability, Negotiation skills, Leadership Skills, Motivation and Team Managing Team Development, etc
- Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently
- Immediate available is preferred
