A Big Opportunity for ...

• Plan and execute regular sales visits for potential customer, agents, local companies.
• Manage and Coach the sales team to meet the sales plan.
• Create the promotions and packages to improve sales volume.
• Monitoring upon daily, weekly and monthly sales activities.
• Achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.
• Prepare and issue contracts and proposals and follow up on all proposals sent out.
• Assist and coordinate with hotels and property management staff with sales related enquires.
• Host property inspections as required.
• Assist in the completion of the business review as directed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 3 years Sales & Marketing management experiences in service industry.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Good communication skills both in verbal and written.
• Must have excellent organizational skills, able to do multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
