-Meeting Sales Targets through effective planning and budgeting -Devise strategies and techniques to achieve sales targets -Map potential customers and generate leads -Maintaining and improving relationships with existing clients -Work closely with other departments on marketing activities -Work closely with IT or Engineering Dept on solutions -Motivating team members and ensuring team members deliver desired results
- 5 to 10 years working experience, with at least 3 years in managerial role -IT or Electronics Engineering background -Ability to lead & motivate team members -Ability to communicate effectively & professionally in English -Able to work with teams, independently, with people from all levels, aggressive and passionate about sales. -Possess time management, organizational & negotiation skills -Preferably worked in Project Sales Environment and ability to manage tenders
