Job Description

Responsibility:

• To exchange ideas for maximizing sales, improve the business and achieve sales target.
• To ensure that all efforts are made to effectively achieve monthly sales targets.
• To maintain a high standard of customer service and care.
• To work and cooperate with the fellow staff to ensure that teamwork and responsibility towards work are always present.
• To ensure that all operational and merchandising tasks are completed by Supervisor so as to ensure smooth shop operations.
• To be aware of competitors and general market updates and actions.
• To be a key player in Consignment/ Wholesales Business Development.
• To produce all necessary reports as directed by the Commercial Manager.

SALES

• Manage performance of the Sales Team nationwide.
• To be fully aware of the wholesale and retail sales target at all times.
• To be aware of shopping Mall and Department store promotions in order to maximize impact on our turnover.
• To ensure that goods and best sellers arrive on time and on shelves upon arrival to achieve sales.
• Identifying bestselling styles and sizes for each location, and working closely with Commercial Manager for transfer of appropriate items between locations.
• Work closely with Stock and Inventory Controller for speedy transfer of stock to the appropriate location after finalization with Commercial Manager
• Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget.
• Feedback to commercial Manager on marketing needs.
• Travel 2-3 days a week within Myanmar

MARKET KNOWLEDGE & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Spotting market opportunities for new locations and in-store locations. (wholesale & Consignment)
• Maintain a good relationship with Wholesaler
• To ensure that all staff are aware of on-going promotions and use them.
• To maintain a high standard of visual merchandising in all outlets
• To ensure that all window, in-store displays, and signage standards are properly maintained.
• Traveling to our stores nationwide to monitor selling standards and upkeep of stores, to ensure the highest of standards possible.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Any Bachelor Degree
• Previous experience successfully managing sales teams ideally from a similar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
• Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams.
• Professional sales training would be a strong advantage.
• High level in English (written and spoken)
• Fluent in Burmese
• High level of Microsoft skills (excel, power point, word)
• Team player
• Excellent organization and administrative skills.
