This role is a great opportunity to build and grow the sales department of a beverage distributor. We are looking for people who can dream big and build a strong foundation to achieve these big goals. Big picture thinking, strong management skills and hard work are crucial.

To increase sales and profits, the Sales Manager (Liquor- Yangon) will be responsible for planning and implementing sales, distribution, competitive strategy, trade promotions, and pricing activities.

Responsibilities include;
1. Establish sales goals
2. Create and implement strategies to achieve agreed upon goals.
3. Create and manage budget.
4. Manage, provide guidance to and set goals as well as KPI’s.
5. Analysis, interpretation and reporting of sales results.
6. Support new product development efforts with the Production departments.
7. Recruit, retain and train talent for the Sales Department.
8. Create and monitor sales incentive plans for the sales team.

Job Requirements

- University Graduate, A Diploma (or) Certificate in Sales is preferred
- Should know how to drive a CAR and have a DRIVING License.
- Should be an achiever and focused to achieve monthly targets through a sales team reporting to him.
- Should have the capability and managerial skills to manage as team of 12 -15 people.
- Presently should be working in a leading alcobev, beverage or FMCG company
- Should have a minimum 7 -10 yrs of experience in managing the General Trade ( Traditional Channel) and managing a team of above size.
- Good retail trade and geographical knowledge of Yangon.
- Should have the ability to create ROUTE's, monitor van sales and achieve maximum out of the routes.
- Have the ability to analyse retail sales data and take necessary action where ever required..
