RITZ is now looking for the position of Sales Manager to join a leading and growing IT Company. The role of an Sales Manager will be to work alongside the other team managers and keep in regular contact with customers.
The ideal candidate should have experience within the technology sector, ideally in a technical sales role, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
• - Working with customers and technical account managers/presales to qualify, quote and generate business orders.
• - Developing pipelines and strategy with customers aligned to inside sales.
• - Supporting the sales team to enable the company to achieve its targets.
• - Working with customers and the team to ensure all renewals are managed efficiently.
• - Lead generation, qualification & development via telesales/tele-marketing.
• - Relationship building with channel partners to develop pipeline and improve margin.
• - Maintaining the Client Relation Management (CRM) database ensuring that all prospect, client and opportunity records are up to date.
• - Working closely with the technical teams to develop in-depth knowledge and experience of our products and solutions.
• - Assisting the sales team in all administrative tasks; from receipt to invoicing, ensuring all company processes are complete and accurate information is conveyed both to and from our customers.

Job Requirements

• - Minimum 5 years working experience in selling the IT products and services. Prefer to have a technical background
• - Good in English written and verbal communication skills
• - Able to work independently and autonomously, using initiative
• - A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• - A keen eye for detail
• - Pro-active and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• - Be flexible to work around the needs of the business
• - Have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task.
