  • This role is crucial to the success of our real estate project as we need a manager to advertise our commercial area for the project
  • Has a good understanding of the real estate market in Mandalay
  • Develop a pricing strategy for store rentals and retail space
  • Make presentations and sales pitches to potential clients
  • Organize Events and conduct roadshows to promote the project
  • Actively reach out to potential clients to advertise the project
  • Needs to have the ability to set up and lead the sales and marketing team

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree holder in Sales & Marketing or related discipline
• 3 years or above working experience as marketing manager
• Understands Myanmar culture very well
• Well pronounced presentation skills
• Good command of Burmese, English and Chinese is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Must be initiative with strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with various levels of management.
• Strong leadership and sense of ownership, with the ability to have hands-on monitoring of project status and coach subordinates closely.
