Job Summary:
Supervises and coordinates activities, distribution, sales and staffing within a multi-geographic territory engaged in promoting and selling float glasses within wholesale distributorships and on premise managers by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Wholesale Distributor Management:
• Accompanies distributor staff on visits to customers to evaluate performance, ascertain customer problems, and detect market trends.
• Develop new business and maintain existing relationships with all key accounts within given territory at the distributor level.
• Manage distributor sales force through coordination with distributor sales management.
• Work closely with distributor management marketing our brands through the wholesale channel.
• Acts as ambassador to brand in glass industry.
• Customer and distributor management, including but not limited to: monitoring wholesalers' and industrial users’ pricing; development of sales incentive programs and inventory control; monitoring orders, deliveries, and "chargeback" invoices; reviewing and timely submission of depletion reports.
• Confers with distributor and company management and sales staff to formulate plans for improving sales and evaluating competition.
• Listens to distributors, wholesalers, complaints, examines returned merchandise, and resolves problems to restore and promote good public relations.
• Executes both year-end and mid fiscal reviews with distributors.
• Report and investigate all complaints in a timely manner; identifies ways to eliminate risk of reoccurrence; complete audits; conduct monthly meetings and trainings; maintain compliance with the organization’s policy and procedure.
• Participate in quarterly management meetings

Sales Execution
• Compiles sales figures and reports problems to management.
• Manage budget while being responsible for the company’s bottom-line profitability.
• Execute sales goals.
• Responsible for ensuring timely receipt of allocations.
• Assists in developing marketing campaigns designed around market conditions.
• Responsible for keeping up-to-date with the company policy and adhering to established procedures regarding the handling and solving all services as required.
• Analyze depletion and shipment trends to allow for strategic growth plans and initiatives by distributors’ channel.
• Serves as ambassador of brand through conducting site visits, calls, trade shows and sales meetings
• Receive and work with production team and visit the factory to maintain the excellent communication between departments and ensure the quality of the products
• Develop and conduct presentations and train employees regularly.
• Participate in trade and consumer shows locally and overseas.

• Provide leadership and support to work team; coach, guide and develop the right people; “Inspiring people to Enjoy Life through Work”.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S. or equivalent from four-year college or technical school; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience). Must include managing of staff.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
• Industrial knowledge; formal training/certification(float glasses) preferred;
• Strong computer skills. MS Word, advanced excel and proficient with power point
• Intimate knowledge of the distributor network with familiarity of distributor personnel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills(English & Myanmar)
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, comprehension and analytical skills
• Excellent negotiation and mediation skills
• Strong supervisory skills including staff who may work in remote locations

Other: This position will travel about 20% of the time within and outside of their territory. Industrial knowledge; formal training/certification preferred.
