SUMMARY
Reporting to the Deputy Head – Sales & Performance Management, this role contributes to the achievement of Yoma Bank’s growth and profitability targets by successfully prospecting new customers and selling Yoma Bank’s products. The manager primary task is to effectively manage the Super Sales Squad (SSS) team in meeting their sales targets and KPIs. In addition to motivating the team, the manager provides strong leadership, coaching and guidance to the team to support and complement the execution strategies while driving the bank’s sales and business results.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
BUSINESS – Support Selling (50%)
- To sell and cross – sell various Yoma Bank’s products; present the product to the decision maker and able to close the deal
- Work closely with all teams under Sales and Services division to promote the sales and deploy the resource (SSS team) efficiently
- Play a key role in developing a sales/marketing calendar, planning marketing campaigns and coordinate local marketing events with Corporate team and Relationship team

CUSTOMER - Service (10%)
- Offer streamline customer experience in choosing Yoma Bank products; work closely with relationship team and other product teams within the Sales & Service Division
- Handle customer inquiries and make referrals
- Build and sustain relationship with customers

OPERATIONS – (5%)
- Track sales performance, monitor and analyze progress, and explore opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives
- Publish KPIs and sales progress report to stakeholders.
- Manage sales team’s expenses vs. budget

COMPLIANCE – (5%)
- Carry out processes in accordance with the full range of bank procedures and transactions.
- Conduct internal check processes as required.
- Ensure all transactions are carried out in accordance with external regulatory requirements.

PEOPLE - Teamwork (30%)
- Lead and develop a high performing team (SSS) and maintain a strong sales culture
- Define motivation factors to keep the team’s momentum onward
- Work within a team environment, interact with peers and management within the bank, as well as with the customers and outside support

Knowledge & Skills
Essential
- Demonstrates high level supervisory, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Understands sales cycle and able to close deals. Skills in supporting business development planning and implementation
- Critical thinker and possess the flexibility to be able to work in an environment of change
- PC literacy
- Thorough knowledge of bank procedures, products and services

Education & Special Training
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications.

Desirable
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA)

Experience
Essential
- High level of managing sales and understanding of sales culture, preferably acquired in the Financial Services Sector.

Desirable
- Experience in the Banking sector is a plus

Languages
Essential
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills in both Myanmar and English.
