* Continue to cultivate the successful Salesforce & Feet On Street Sales.
* Identify, develop and create relationships in support of new sales and service areas
(new GA and revenue)
* Qualify sourced leads and ensure seamless transition handoffs of qualified
opportunities to the direct sales team
* Drive and execute strategic account planning sessions with key partners
* Build and uncover sourced pipeline through business development activities,
account mapping, and whitespace initiatives working with partners
* Drive ongoing process improvement of ananda 4G business development processes
* Maintain effective relationships internally ‐ Marketing, Operations, Project Delivery
Services and leadership ‐ to align all stakeholder interests and drive activity
* Leading a team of sales representatives and coaching them in their respective field
* Liaising with upper management ensuring sales targets are met
* Analyzing current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive
information.
* Training sales team on sales techniques, administration and product.
* Planning, executing, and managing sales strategies
* Generating new leads and developing existing customers
* Responding to customer enquiries
* Work with marketing team to deliver improvements in brand engagement scores
across different territories

Job Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of working in B2C Sales, preferably in solution focussed
technology/telecom enterprises;
* High degree of knowledge of B2C sales cycles and techniques;
* Well‐developed staff supervisory skills;
* High degree of knowledge about emerging digital technologies relevant to
* Professionally proficient in Burmese and English;
* Strong communication skills
* In depth understanding of sales and marketing principles
* Experienced user of sales CRM systems.
* Experience leading and managing a team
* Formal sales training like Spin Selling© or Miller Heiman an advantage.
* Proven Sales Experience
