• Maintain and increase sales of company products and reach the targets and goals set by company• Set sales targets for individual reps and team as a whole• Establish, maintain and expand customer base and service the needs of existing customers• Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing sales figures and summarize information• Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities and service improvements• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors• Implements sales programs by developing sales action plan• Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees: following up on work results.
• Any Master Degree or Bachelor Degree ( Diploma in sales or equivalent more preferable)• Minimum 5 Years experiences in related area/IT industry • Mind- set and ability to provide excellent customer services• Possess strong interpersonal and excellent public relation skills• Good communication skills and willing to travel• Ability to work and cope with challenges and under pressure to meet sales targets• Proficiency in written and spoken English
